Fragmented story
A broad product suite needed one clear value proposition.

Fieldforce × Augment
A long-term brand and product partnership connecting Fieldforce's enterprise platform, mobile workflows, website, sales story, and digital presence.

The problem
Infrastructure deployment brings operators, municipalities, vendors, contractors, assets, sites, and field teams into the same process. The category was still dominated by paper checklists, email, spreadsheets, fragmented databases, and disconnected vendor tools.
Fieldforce had built the technology to unify that work. The challenge was to make its value immediately understandable—and make a sophisticated enterprise product feel just as coherent for an executive at a dashboard as for a technician working from a phone.
A broad product suite needed one clear value proposition.
Complex operational data had to remain usable at speed.
Office and field teams needed a connected cross-device experience.
How we solved it
We clarified the brand around one focused promise: enabling the infrastructure of the future. A confident visual system gave Fieldforce a recognizable voice across its website, product interfaces, presentations, case studies, and ongoing communications.
Inside the product, we organized dense operational information into clear hierarchies, reusable controls, actionable dashboards, and mobile-first task flows. The result was a common experience language that could scale across project, asset, operations, lease, analytics, and field-work modules.

We reorganized Fieldforce's platform, solutions, and market use cases into a clear buyer journey—from the promise of next-generation infrastructure to specific product capabilities and conversion.

01 / 06
Dashboards, tables, forms, date controls, and interaction patterns were brought into one visual language—helping teams scan, decide, and act without losing operational detail.

01 / 05
Mobile workflows put assigned work, locations, ticket status, and task details into a focused field experience designed for quick decisions away from a desk.

01 / 04
The Fieldforce wordmark, signal motif, confident blue palette, and supporting assets create continuity from a small social avatar to the full platform experience.

Launch decks, use-case narratives, and product presentations gave sales teams a flexible toolkit for explaining the platform to operators, partners, and enterprise buyers.

A flexible campaign system helped Fieldforce participate in industry conversations, celebrate cultural moments, and maintain a consistent visual presence throughout the year.
The results
Fieldforce now presents one coherent story from market promise to day-to-day operation. Buyers can understand the platform's value faster, while users move through complex deployment and asset-management work with a consistent experience across web and mobile.
The design system gives Fieldforce a durable foundation for new modules, use cases, campaigns, and sales conversations—supporting a platform that publicly reports more than $10 billion in managed assets.
