We work with what you already have. Many engagements start from a live product, a working MVP, or a prototype your team (or an AI tool) already built. We improve the experience in place rather than starting over.

MVP Design turns an idea or an early product, including one built quickly with AI tools, into a clear, market-ready experience. Product Design improves a product that's already live. We simplify confusing workflows and make the experience consistent without a ground-up rebuild.

Team Extension adds Augment designers and developers to your existing team when priorities move faster than your capacity. Support & Scale gives your product continuity over time, as new priorities appear and complexity grows. Both can start small and change as you go.

Both. Product design and product thinking lead the work, and our own engineers can build front ends, websites, and apps. If you have developers, we hand off development-ready work and stay close through the build.

The shortest engagement is two months. After that it's month-to-month, and most partnerships run far longer. Plenty of our clients have been with us for years. You can start with a free 3-day trial before you commit.

Not at Augment. We focus on products. Our strategic partner Iota handles the growth side: performance marketing, social media, content, SEO, and RevOps.

Yes. We design both web and mobile products. We don't take on landing pages as standalone projects, but when we work on your product, the marketing and landing pages come as part of the same system.

Most of our team is in GMT+5, while our clients are mostly in the US and Europe. Here's how we make the overlap work:

If you're on the US East Coast you're roughly 10 hours behind us, so we hold the back half of our day for calls. That covers your morning through early afternoon.

Outside those hours we keep working, so you'll usually wake up to progress made while you were offline.

We also send Loom walkthroughs with every meaningful update, so you can review whenever it suits you.

Usually within a day or two. We keep experienced people available, so if you need to move fast, we can.

Yes. An engagement can be full-time or part-time. Tell us the scope and we'll recommend the right setup. The plans are on our pricing page.

Yes. During the trial intro call you can meet them, ask questions, and see relevant work. Beyond that, Augment owns the matching. We pair you with the people best suited to your product, and years of doing this means we usually get it right.

It's rare, but if something isn't working, tell us. We'll change the setup or bring in someone else. No friction, no awkward conversations.
