05

Sharing and processors

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with providers that support hosting, email delivery, security, and analytics; professional advisers where necessary; or authorities when required by law. Providers are subject to applicable contractual and confidentiality obligations.

06

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country or the European Economic Area. Where GDPR transfer rules apply, we use an approved safeguard such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, with supplementary measures where appropriate.

07

How long we keep data

Contact inquiries are generally retained for up to 24 months after our last interaction. Unsuccessful job applications and CVs are generally retained for up to 12 months after the hiring decision, unless you request earlier deletion or applicable law requires otherwise. Hired-candidate information becomes part of the relevant personnel record. Longer retention may apply for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legal claims. Client records may be kept as required by tax, accounting, and contract laws. Analytics data follows our configured analytics retention settings before deletion or aggregation.

08

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

09

Your GDPR rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights to:

  • access your personal data;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request erasure;
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • receive data you provided in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing; and
  • complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise a right, email contact@augmentlab.co. We may verify your identity and aim to respond without undue delay and, where GDPR applies, within one month, subject to permitted extensions.

Learn more from the European Commission's GDPR rights guidance.

10

Privacy acknowledgment

When you submit our contact form, you acknowledge that you have read this statement and understand that we will process the information you provide to respond. This records notice; it is not consent to unrelated marketing and does not waive any privacy right. Analytics consent is optional, separate from the contact form, and can be withdrawn through “Privacy settings” in the footer.

11

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices, services, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate.
